Return & Exchange Policy

At suvashop every product is crafted and quality checked with care before dispatch. As a small-batch fashion label, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

Eligibility for Exchange 

We only accept exchange requests if the product received is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

  • Wrong size

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for the same product and only for size, subject to availability.

  • Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

  • All exchange requests are subject to product verification and quality checks.

Important Guidelines

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.

  • Please verify your size and product details before placing your order.

  • A confirmation email will be shared once your exchange request is approved.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be initiated within 3 working days after approval.

  • Pickup may take up to 7 working days, depending on courier availability.

Product Condition Requirements

Items sent for exchange must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Have original tags and packaging intact

  • Items without tags will not be accepted

  • Do not remove tags if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Once the exchanged item is received and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Exchange Window

  • Exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Failed or Delayed Reverse Pickup

Our courier partners attempt pickup up to 2 times. Exchange requests may be cancelled if:

  • You are unreachable

  • Incorrect phone number or address is provided

  • Address or pincode cannot be located

If your pickup is not completed within 7 working days, please contact our customer support team.
