Return & Exchange Policy
At suvashop every product is crafted and quality checked with care before dispatch. As a small-batch fashion label, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility for Exchange
We only accept exchange requests if the product received is:

Damaged

Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Wrong size
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product and only for size, subject to availability.

Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

All exchange requests are subject to product verification and quality checks.
Important Guidelines

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of the delivery date.

Please verify your size and product details before placing your order.

A confirmation email will be shared once your exchange request is approved.
Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup will be initiated within 3 working days after approval.

Pickup may take up to 7 working days, depending on courier availability.
Product Condition Requirements
Items sent for exchange must:

Be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

Have original tags and packaging intact

Items without tags will not be accepted
-
Do not remove tags if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
Once the exchanged item is received and verified, the replacement product will be dispatched.
Exchange Window

Exchange requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Failed or Delayed Reverse Pickup
Our courier partners attempt pickup up to 2 times. Exchange requests may be cancelled if:

You are unreachable

Incorrect phone number or address is provided

Address or pincode cannot be located
